Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how ISA Events handles cancellation requests for World School Summit (WSS) and Cluster of Achievers (COA).

Effective Date: 28 October 2026

World School Summit (WSS) is the international education leadership platform. Cluster of Achievers (COA) is the international multi-industry recognition and networking platform. Both platforms hold editions in different countries and cities.

This policy covers nominations, delegate registrations, event participation packages, award participation, sponsorships, promotional services and other event-related services for those editions. It applies to purchases made through isaevents.org, an official WSS or COA edition website, or a payment link issued for that service. It does not cover physical goods.

A cancellation is not the same as a refund. If a cancellation is accepted, any refund is reviewed under the Refund and Returns Policy and the terms shown for that booking.

1. How to submit a cancellation request

Send a written request to collaboration@isaevents.org. Please include:

  • Your full name and the email address used for the booking.
  • The booking, nomination or invoice reference.
  • The platform, World School Summit (WSS) or Cluster of Achievers (COA).
  • The edition, city and event name.
  • The service purchased, such as a nomination, delegate registration, participation package, sponsorship or promotional service.
  • The reason for the cancellation.

Submitting a request does not cancel the booking by itself, and it does not guarantee a refund. We will confirm when the request has been received and, after review, whether it has been accepted.

2. How individual booking terms affect eligibility

Each request is reviewed against the terms communicated before payment, the invoice, package description or written agreement for that edition, the work and arrangements already completed, and applicable law.

WSS and COA services can involve advance commitments. These may include venue and programme arrangements, nomination review, recognition or promotional activity, administration, and third-party costs. Those commitments can affect whether a cancellation can be accepted and whether any amount can be refunded.

Where an edition states its own cancellation window, charge or condition, that booking term is read together with this policy. If they differ, the term shown to you before payment applies to that booking, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any charge or deduction will be explained. This policy does not treat every payment as non-refundable.

3. If ISA Events cancels an edition or service

If ISA Events cancels a World School Summit or Cluster of Achievers edition, or cannot provide a purchased service, we will contact affected customers using the details given at registration.

Depending on the circumstances, the agreement and applicable law, we may offer a rescheduled edition, another agreed arrangement, or a refund for the part of the service that will not be delivered. The same approach is set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. We will tell you which option applies. We do not promise the same outcome for every cancellation.

4. Rescheduling and other changes

Dates, cities, venues, speakers, programmes and related arrangements for a WSS or COA edition may need to change. We will tell customers about a significant change where it is reasonably practicable to do so.

If a change materially affects the service you purchased, you may ask us to review the booking. The request is handled under the terms of that booking, this policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

5. Exceptional circumstances

Requests involving medical emergencies, travel disruption, visa issues or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. We may ask for supporting documents. An exception is not guaranteed.

6. Contact

Cancellation questions can be sent to collaboration@isaevents.org. Please include the booking reference.

ISA Events will consider each request fairly, subject to the booking terms and legal requirements that apply to that purchase. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are not affected.
