Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to World School Summit (WSS) and Cluster of Achievers (COA), and to the use of isaevents.org, official edition websites and payment links for those platforms.
Effective Date: 28 October 2026
By using the website, submitting a nomination, registering for an edition or paying for a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
These terms are read with the Cancellation Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy. If a written agreement or the terms shown before payment say something more specific about your booking, that booking term applies to the purchase, except where the law does not allow it.
1. The two platforms
World School Summit (WSS) is an international education leadership platform for school owners, principals, directors, educators, school management, institutions and education professionals. It organises summits, conferences, networking, nominations and recognition programmes.
Cluster of Achievers (COA) is an international multi-industry recognition and networking platform for entrepreneurs, doctors, business leaders, educators, influencers and other professionals. It organises award ceremonies, conferences, nominations, participation packages, sponsorships and promotional activities.
Both platforms hold editions in different countries and cities. A purchase may be a nomination, delegate registration, participation package, award participation, sponsorship package, promotional service or another event-related service offered on isaevents.org, on an official edition website, or through a payment link issued for that service.
What is included in a package is the description on the relevant edition page, invoice, proposal or written agreement. Travel, accommodation, visa fees and other personal expenses are included only when that document says so.
2. Information you provide
You agree to give accurate, complete and current information when you nominate, register or pay. You are responsible for information about yourself, your profession and your organisation, and for having authority to provide it.
ISA Events may ask for clarification or documents where that is reasonably needed to check a nomination or booking.
3. Nominations, selection and recognition
Submitting a nomination for World School Summit (WSS) or Cluster of Achievers (COA) does not by itself mean you will be selected, shortlisted, recognised, given an award or invited to speak, unless the written agreement for that service says so expressly.
Review depends on the eligibility and process published for that edition. You must not submit information that is false, misleading or used without authority. Materials you submit, including photographs, logos and biographies, must be ones you can lawfully provide for that purpose.
4. Packages, sponsorships and payment
Price, inclusions, exclusions, the payment schedule and any tax that is stated will appear on the edition page, invoice, proposal or agreement before you pay. Review that description before paying.
Payment is made by a method offered for that transaction. Card and online payments may be processed by Stripe, PayTabs or another payment provider used for the booking. A place, package or sponsorship benefit may be confirmed only after payment is received, together with any other condition stated at purchase.
Sponsorship benefits are those set out in the sponsorship package or agreement. They are not implied beyond that description.
5. Invoices and records
ISA Events will provide the transaction record appropriate to the purchase. Keep the invoice, payment confirmation and booking reference. Those details are needed for a cancellation, refund or payment query.
6. Cancellation, refunds and changes to an edition
Cancellation requests follow the Cancellation Policy. Refund requests follow the Refund and Returns Policy. Neither policy makes every payment non-refundable, and neither promises a refund in every case. The result depends on the service, the booking terms, what has already been delivered and applicable law.
Dates, venues, speakers, programmes and related arrangements for a WSS or COA edition may change. A significant change will be communicated where it is reasonably practicable. If the change materially affects what you bought, you may ask for a review under those two policies.
Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and lawful information.
- Pay on the agreed terms.
- Follow the registration, venue and participation requirements of the edition.
- Treat other participants, speakers, staff and partners with respect.
- Avoid unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive conduct.
- Not use the website to distribute malicious code, spam or material you are not allowed to share.
ISA Events may take reasonable steps in response to a breach, subject to applicable law and the contract for that booking.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, text, branding, graphics and other materials published by ISA Events for World School Summit (WSS) and Cluster of Achievers (COA) are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. You may not copy, change, distribute or commercially exploit those materials without permission, except where the law allows it.
You remain responsible for the lawfulness of photographs, logos, biographies and other content you submit.
9. Photography and publicity
Photography, recording and coverage may take place at an edition. Use of an identifiable image, testimonial or biography for promotion is handled under the Privacy Policy, including notice and any consent the law requires. Contact us if you have a concern about that use.
10. Payment providers and other third parties
Stripe, PayTabs and any other payment provider, venue, hotel or linked website is responsible for its own terms and privacy practices. ISA Events does not control those independent services unless the agreement for your booking says otherwise.
11. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep edition information accurate and available. Content can still contain an error, become out of date, or be unavailable for a time. If an error affects a booking or payment, contact us so it can be reviewed.
12. Liability
These terms do not exclude or limit liability where applicable law does not allow that. Subject to that rule, a claim about a WSS or COA service is addressed under the agreement for that service and the law that applies to it.
13. Privacy
Personal information for nominations, biographies, registrations, payments, event coordination and communications is handled under the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the platforms or our legal duties change. The new version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. A booking already made remains subject to the terms that applied to it and to applicable law.
15. Disputes
Please contact ISA Events first so a concern about a booking can be reviewed. These terms do not limit a mandatory consumer protection that applies to the transaction, and they do not stop you from using a legal right you have.
The legal entity that contracts for a particular edition, and the law that governs that contract, are those identified on the invoice or agreement for the purchase. They are not restated here.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms, a nomination, a registration, a sponsorship or a payment can be sent to collaboration@isaevents.org. Please include the booking reference and whether it relates to World School Summit (WSS) or Cluster of Achievers (COA).
